Raspberry Jalapeno Jam

This award winning Raspberry Jalapeno Jam is one of our favorites.  It is the perfect balance of the flavor of raspberries combined with the heat of jalapenos.  Made in small batches, using only the freshest of ingredients (sugar, red raspberries, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice and pectin), this little jam tastes “homemade” from your grandma’s kitchen.  Serve over a block of cream cheese, blend it with cream cheese for a fruit dip, spread it on a biscuit or use it to make a glaze for your salmon or as a marinade for a pork tenderloin.  The possibilities are endless!
