Orders placed Monday–Friday will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Customers will receive a tracking email once the order has shipped. If, for any reason, you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed, we can no longer make changes.

We currently do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays.

All Texas residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping Rates and Services

Heart to Heart offers free shipping on orders more than $100 to any location within the continental United States. We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx Ground for all of our standard orders. However, customers may choose the option of expedited shipping with FedEx 2Day.

USPS Priority Mail typically takes between 1–3 business days for delivery, and USPS First Class Mail takes generally between 1–5 business days for delivery.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.



Return Policy

Returns postmarked to Heart to Heart within 14 calendar days from time of delivery are eligible for a full refund. The only exception is sale items; all sale items are final sale.

Returns postmarked between 14–21 calendar days from time of delivery will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Returned merchandise must include original tags and have all original packaging. Returned items must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Heart to Heart reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is damaged or appears to have been used. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure return items are not damaged in shipping. All shipping carriers offer guidelines for safe packing as well as insurance for lost or damaged items, if necessary.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the order was incorrect or had defects. All return packages must be sent with a delivery confirmation. We need proof a package was returned, and it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure we received it.

Please fill out and return the form that was mailed inside your package. It’s printed on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have the form, please click here to download a new form and be sure to include it in the package.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the card on which the purchase was made. If a purchase was made on a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the refunded amount. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

The only exceptions to Heart to Heart’s return policy is if a customer is shipped an item with defects or an order that is incorrect. Once the order is received, if any item was damaged in shipping or if the items are not correct, please notify us within THREE business days to start the return process. We want to be able to correct our mistake as soon as possible.


If a customer requests an exchange, that exchange will only be granted if inventory levels are sufficient. Otherwise, the customer will receive store credit or a full refund, if the return is received within the 14-day window of receipt.
